What We Offer

Lead with Love offers immersive experiences led by highly vetted, experienced and insured guides who create safe, nurturing spaces for restoration, reflection, and inner alignment. For over 15 years Lead with Love has been the go-to organization offering uplifting and inspiring yoga and mindfulness practices at The Aspen Institute for programs like Aspen Ideas Fest, Aspen Health, Ascend, Aspen Action Forum and more. Our approach emphasizes thoughtful integration β€” guiding participants in processing, digesting, and embodying their experiences at The Aspen Institute through the lens of The Aspen Idea, celebrating and nurturing body, mind, and spirit. Lead with Love is committed to bringing The Aspen Idea to life in each of its offerings at The Aspen Institute and beyond. To that end, LWL founder Gina Murdock and her husband Jerry created and support the Murdock Mind, Body, Spirit Series at The Aspen Institute bringing in world class speakers to continue to infuse the wisdom of mind, body and spirit into the community. At Lead with Love we believe true transformation happens not only during the mindful experience itself, but in how it is meaningfully integrated into everyday life. We are not a standard yoga studio or random yoga teachers, we are the heart of this community committed to bringing the embodiment of Aspen and The Aspen Idea to your events.

  • Gentle to dynamic movement practices that support physical vitality, breath awareness, flexibility, and inner calm in the majestic setting of the mountains and meadows.

  • Restorative vibrational experiences designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and promote deep relaxation and energetic balance.

  • Guided immersive nature experiences inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, encouraging presence, grounding, and connection with the natural world.

  • Accessible practices that cultivate awareness, clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing for everyday life. A time to rest and digest between stimulating sessions and dialogues.

  • Intentional nourishment experiences that deepen awareness around food, gratitude, balance, and the connection between body and mind.

  • Guided mindful movement practices that combine breath, awareness, and intentional walking to foster peace, clarity, and presence.

Cost Per Session

1 Hour or less with one instructor = $500 / hour

90 - min = $750 

Workshop Rate

Let us design a meaningful and memorable workshop for your group integrating yoga + meditation and self inquiry focusing on The Aspen Idea and Mind, Body, Spirit.

$5000 / day 9am-5pm up to 20 participants

$2500 half day up to 4 hours. 

One instructor. 

Additional instructors = $250/ hour

  • Gina Murdock

    FOUNDER

    Gina Murdock is an Aspen, Colo. based writer, yoga & meditation teacher, inspirational speaker & community organizer. She is founder of Lead with Love, Murdock Mind, Body, Spirit Series at the Aspen Institute, The Aspen Yoga Society, The Aspen City of Wellbeing, , The Love Ninjas and the Mind, Body, Spirit Rx content brand. Gina’s mission is to shift culture from fear to love from the inside out.

  • River Morgan

    SENIOR TEACHER

    River Morgan is a third-generation mindfulness and yoga instructor. With more than 29 years of teaching and lecturing, her work is rooted in a lifelong study of movement, awareness, and the practical application of mindfulness in everyday life.

    A respected voice in the field, River has been a featured guest lecturer at Rancho La Puerta/The Golden Door for over 15 years, presenting biannual programs focused on the health and longevity benefits of mindfulness and meditation. She has also been a regular presenter at The Greenhouse Spa and The World, as well as at global symposiums dedicated to mindfulness and happiness.

  • Shayne Morgan-Sledge

    SENIOR TEACHER

    Shayne Morgan has studied and taught Yoga for over 4 decades  nationally and internationally.

    She is also a master mindfulness guide and lecturer.
