How It Works

Nominations stay open all year. The board reviews them every month.

Step 1

Send the nomination

Use the form below. It takes about five minutes, and you can nominate yourself or someone else.

Step 2

We review monthly

The Lead With Love Board of Directors meets each month to consider nominees against the criteria above.

Step 3

An invitation arrives

Selected caregivers are notified in writing, with one week to accept before an alternate is offered the place.

Step 4

They're held on the list

Nominations aren't discarded. Anyone not selected stays on our vetted list and is considered first for the next opportunity.

Submit a Nomination

Tell us who they are, the work they do, and why they need this. Five minutes is plenty.

"I was nominated to attend without any knowledge of this prior to getting the scholarship. What an unbelievable gift it was. It is now absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever done."
