What a Lead With Love Retreat Is
We take care of all the details so you can show up and allow yourself to shift into your natural state of bliss and joyfulness. Our retreats offer an incredible opportunity to remember who you truly are.
Every retreat includes all programming and three healthy meals daily. No previous experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome — our teachers meet you exactly where you are.

Signature Wilderness Retreat
Our multi-day retreat at Beyul Retreat Center, one hour from Aspen and a world away from stress. Yoga tent, aspen grove, cold plunge and sauna, farm-to-table dinners.
Up to 50% of attendees receive full scholarships through our C4C Program with CASA of the Ninth.
International
Destination Retreats
Weeklong journeys in Tuscany, Crete and beyond — hosted with local partners who know the land, the food and the roads. Yoga, biking, hot springs, ancient villages.
Scholarships available for caregivers on select destination retreats.

Every retreat is offered at two levels, so caregivers who could never otherwise afford this experience can be in the room alongside those paying market rate.

Premium Room. Queen or twin bed, shared bath, living room, full kitchen, wood-burning stove, washer and dryer.
Covers all costs to attend. Your market-rate ticket also helps subsidize a caregiver's seat.

Founder · Yoga + Meditation
Certified Chopra yoga and meditation teacher, certified Bikram and Vinyasa Flow teacher, and a CASA advocate. Master's in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing.
Elisa Bava
Sound Healing + Voice
Professional singer, vocal coach and certified sound therapist. Fifteen years touring internationally before devoting her voice and her connection to music to healing work.
Dr. Miles Reid
Integrative Medicine
Integrative medicine practitioner and mind-body educator. Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, and cofounder of the Energy Life Sciences Institute.
